I have never tried pole fitness before. Where do I start?
First time students should start in Level 1. This will provide a foundation of skills for the higher levels. New students also have the option of trying an Intro to Pole Fitness Class. This is a one-time trial class to find out what pole fitness is all about without committing to a 4 week session.
I have an injury or a medical condition. Can I participate?
Students with injuries or medical conditions should consult their doctor before starting a new fitness program. While instructors will modify exercises to suit each student’s needs and abilities, it is the student’s responsibility to determine if they are able to participate. Students should alert their instructor prior to their class starting if they have any injuries or medical conditions.
What do I wear to class?
