Studio Policies

  1. For your safety, please do not use any equipment until instructed to do so. If you arrive for class early, you are not permitted to practice.
  2. Safe training requires a proper warm-up. For this reason, please be on time for class. Instructors have the right to refuse entry to any student who is more than 10 minutes late.
  3. Only indoor shoes, barre socks, or bare feet are permitted in the studio area.
  4. For hygienic reasons, students are required to wipe down their pole and mat after every use. Spray bottles and disinfecting wipes are provided by the studio.
  5. Please remove any jewelry that may come into contact with the poles prior to your class beginning.
  6. Please do not use any lotions or oils prior to class. Sweating may cause the lotion to be released to the surface of the skin which is then transferred to the poles, making them slippery.
  7. Students are not allowed to video or record their classes. Photos may be taken with the instructor’s permission.
  8. Grips are not provided for students but are available for purchase if required.
  9. Any student who is intoxicated upon arrival at the studio will not be allowed to participate and will not be provided a refund or credit.

Missed Class Policy

If you miss a Pole Fitness class we will do our best to accommodate a make-up class but it is not guaranteed. Make-up classes may be a similar class or an Open Pole Practice.

Age Limitations

Students under the age of 18 are required to have parental consent to participate in a class. A parent or legal guardian must be present at the first class to sign the liability waiver.

Refund Policy

Memberships, 10 Class Passes and Registered Pole/Burlesque Classes are non-refundable. A credit will be issued to your account if a class is cancelled 24 hours prior to the first class. No credits will be issued after the first class.

Pole Addict Memberships are subject to a $250 termination fee if cancelled before the end of the minimum 6 month term. All Memberships require 30 days notice for cancellation.

Semi-Private/Private Lessons and Parties require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel. There are no refunds on late cancellations. Re-booking a private lesson or party without 24 hours notice will result in a $25 fee.
